By August 1 of each year, charter schools in New York State are required by law to submit an Annual Report to the New York State Education Department’s Charter School Office (NYSED CSO) and to the school’s charter entity, which for us, is SUNY Charter Schools Institute.

A charter school’s Annual Report provides information about its performance over the prior academic year, as well as a record of progress toward performance goals agreed upon in the charter contract. This includes our annual Accountability Plan Progress Report (APPR) as well as our annual audited Financial documents.
